Ben Sayer is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria, and is a member of the Law Institute Of Victoria.
Ben has advocated extensively in the Family Law jurisdiction and continues to work closely with clients on a range of issues which arise out of the breakdown of a relationship. With a focus on achieving expedient resolutions with long term benefits, Ben acknowledges the reality that often family lawyers take on the dual responsibilities of offering objective legal guidance, whilst helping clients through one of the most emotionally challenging periods in their lives.
In the last decade Ben’s practice has extended to include Civil Litigation and Crime, which has enabled him to develop a breadth of knowledge across multiple jurisdictions.
Ben has also advised extensively on domestic and international Adoption and Surrogacy matters, and takes a personal interest in this unique and specialised area of law.
